Eldercaring CoordinationEldercaring coordination means an elder-focused alternative dispute resolution process during which an eldercaring coordinator assists elders, legally authorized decision-makers, and others who participate by court order, or invitation, in resolving disputes regarding the care and safety of an elder. The process can help facilitate more effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, education about elder care resources, creation and implementation of an elder care plan. For more information regarding Eldercaring Coordination, please click here (or whatever the correct ADA way to handle that) and have it link to the new Eldercaring Coordination page. |
